 Over 25 years of experience in Engineering / Construction as a project controls professional with emphasis in the cost/ estimating disciplines. Capabilities include analysis of project budgets and contract performance, progress and productivity assessment, performance evaluation, trending, change control and forecasting.
As a business owner, I have worked on a contract basis to meet contractor’s needs on various Construction projects. With an extensive background in Project Management Computer systems, I have trained personnel, analyzed and tested software.
